BEAT is our signature creation and is our take on HIIT. This cardio based class is cleverly curated to music like all our classes in our jam packed 10 song/45 minute format. It’s our innovative take on cardio and any one class combines use of all 4 of our cardio machines mixed in with bodyweight exercises and select weights for you to get your sweat on and your reps out.
BEAT STRONG uses bodyweight exercises teamed with Beat Body’s hand picked equipment to work through 10 songs full of strength movements to leave you feeling stronger and maybe a little achy the next day. All with the desire to offer prehab rather than rehab to your body’s muscles and joints all over. Any class won’t ignore our cardio machines but will have more of a focus on weights and slightly slower movements.
Beat Super Circuit
BEAT CIRCUIT is our circuit based BEAT class where we work the clock for various lengths of time and set up stations for you to be easily guided through. You can guarantee the playlist will still be pumping and you’ll find yourself focusing on the machines at one point before transitioning to the floor for your strength and body weight reps. We’ve become creative with our programming here so no 2 Beat Circuit classes are ever the same. You’ll see. This is our only 1 hour class!
is our cardio infused boxing class. We work the upper body to the beat of the song as we move through both paired and individual exercises we also infuse cardio throughout the workout moving between the floor and the bags. You’ll sweat, punch, squat, lunge & jump just to name a few and leave this class a lot less stressed than when you walked in.
BOX ROUNDS is exactly what is says on the tin, we move through different stations during the class incorporating a full body workout focused around the movements used in boxing. Using the bags, partners and our body weight to feel the all over body burn, this class is guaranteed a good sweat and the clock allows for maximum intensity in each round.
BOX CORE pulls together all of the movements from boxing which focus on your core fitness. Your core is the centre of everything, therefore if we focus solely on this area you will notice the impact on your overall fitness and strength in other areas. Start from the inside out! Push yourself on the aqua bag then get ready for the transitions to focus on those abs considerably more than any of our other 9 signature classes.
BREATHE RELEASE is our chance to recover from the stress life throws at us. Combining breath-work, foam rolling, stretching and meditation. All designed together to connect us to ourselves through our breath; removing tension, improving recovery, helping posture and decrease any pain in our bodies. Be prepared to take deep restorative breaths and float out the class.
BREATHE TONE is perfect for those of you who do a lot of cardio but want to hone in on your body and fine tune those areas we all want tight and toned. With a mixture of floor and standing series this class is perfect to mix up your weekly workouts, slow things down but still feel the burn and see the results.
BEAT BOX BREATHE
BEAT BOX BREATHE is our brand new Beat Body class creation that combines all the best elements from Breathe, Beat and Box classes and fits them all into one 45minute session. Energise, sweat, get strong, stretch and feel centred all in one class. This class is a bag of surprises for anyone who is game enough to walk through the Beat Body sliding doors.
