BEAT - FHIIT
BEAT is our signature creation and is our take on high intensity interval training. This cardio based class is cleverly curated to music like all our classes in our jam packed 10 songs/45 minute format. It’s our innovative take on cardio and any one class combines use of all 4 state of the art cardio machines (Sports Art Treadmill, Concept 2 Rower, Concept 2 Ski Erg and Schwinn Assault Bike) mixed in with bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, agility and select weights for you to get your sweat on, your reps out and burn up to 800 calories.
BEAT - LEAN x STRONG
BEAT STRONG is an instructor-led weight training class that uses bodyweight exercises combined with Beat Body’s array of weights to work through 10 songs/45 minute format full of strength movements to leave you feeling stronger and maybe a little achy the next day. All with the desire to offer prehab rather than rehab to your body’s muscles and joints all over. Any class won’t ignore our cardio machines but this will have more of a focus on weights and increasing lean body mass with a slightly slower pace than Beat Signature.
BEAT - BOX
BEAT CIRCUIT is our 50 minute circuit based BEAT class where we work the clock for various lengths of time and set up stations for you to be easily guided through. You can guarantee the playlist will inspire and challenge you to train harder and you’ll find yourself focusing on the machines at one point before transitioning to the floor for your strength and body weight reps. We’ve become creative with our programming here so no 2 Beat Circuit classes are ever the same. You’ll see.
Box HIIT is our 45 minute cardio infused boxing class. We combine HIIT and boxing for the ultimate metabolic conditioning workout that takes your fitness and technique to the next level. We work the upper body as we move through boxing combos and interval ‘sprints’ on the punching bags. We also infuse cardio & strength throughout the workout moving between the floor and the cardio machines. You’ll sweat, punch, squat, lunge & jump just to name a few and leave this class feeling like you’ve hit your limits and more.
A high intensity boxing class mixed with lengthening and strengthening exercises to sculpt your body and your mind into shape. The low weight high, repetition sculpting moves will work you deep in your muscles and have your booty burning like never before!
BOX CORE mixes boxing, conditioning and core based exercises in 10 tracks/45 minutes to challenge you to build your core strength and explosiveness to another level. We work the upper body to the beat of the song as we move through pre designed exercises and longer boxing combos on the punching bags. While Box Core has more of a focus on conditioning you will still get the opportunity to exceed your own expectations on the punching bag.
BEAT BOX BREATHE
BEAT BOX BREATHE is our class creation that combines all the best elements from Breathe, Beat and Box classes and fits them all into one 45minute session. Energise, sweat, get strong, stretch and feel centred all in one class. This class is a bag of surprises for anyone who is game enough to walk through the Beat Body sliding doors.
BEAT CHALLENGE is what it says it is! It’s a tough 45 minute class where we throw on a banging loud playlist and set the team a huge challenge for the class. Be prepared for us to put you in teams and really get after it for the class. You’ll never know what we’ve prescribed so the challenge will be new to you every time. This is a tough but very rewarding one.
Feel the burn as we move through spicy strength and resistance work challenging your abs, arms and booties. Don’t get too comfortable, high energy cardio and plyo is incorporated in this sweat sesh to get that pulse racing.
